Shipping & Delivery

For trade customers of Pro Lab (photographers, studios and album designers). Last updated 20 October 2026.

We dispatch finished orders by tracked courier to studios across India, or you can collect them from our lab in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru.

1. Production time

Production starts once we have confirmed, print-ready files and payment:

• Layflat albums: 2 working days
• MEGA layflat albums: 3 working days
• Photo books (RGB UHD and CMYK HD): 2 working days
• Album designing: extra, quoted per job

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

2. Delivery time

Typical delivery times are:

• Metro cities: 5 to 7 business days
• Other cities: 7 to 10 business days
• Remote locations: 10 to 14 business days

These are estimates. Courier delays, weather, holidays and local restrictions can add time, and we are not liable for delays caused by the courier.

3. Where we deliver

We deliver to most locations in India. We do not ship outside India at present.

4. Collection from the lab

You can collect your order from our lab in Basavanagudi during working hours. Please wait for our message that it is ready.

5. Courier charges

Courier charges, where applicable, are added to your invoice. Ask the trade desk for the rate to your city before ordering.

6. Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send the tracking number by WhatsApp or email, so you can follow the parcel until it reaches you.

7. Packaging and damage

Every album is packed to protect it in transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the product and the packaging and contact us as soon as possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. If you are not available

The courier usually makes more than one delivery attempt. After repeated failed attempts, they may contact you to reschedule or ask you to collect from a nearby centre. Charges for re-delivery or return to us may be added to your invoice.
