Privacy Policy

For trade customers of Pro Lab (photographers, studios and album designers). Last updated 20 October 2026.

This policy explains what information Pro Lab collects from trade customers, why we use it and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

• Account and contact details you give us in the Pro Account request or order forms: your name, studio name, phone, email, address, city and GST number (if any), and a link to your portfolio or website.
• Order details: product, size, finishes, covers, delivery address and payment records.
• Your files: the album and print files you send us through File Transfer or other channels, which include your clients’ photographs.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Website data: cookies needed to keep you logged in, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

2. How we use it

• to review and manage your Pro Account and price level;
• to produce, invoice and deliver your orders;
• to contact you about your orders, files and account;
• to keep the records we are required to keep, including GST invoices.

We do not sell your information or your clients’ images.

3. Your clients’ photographs

We use the files you send only to produce your order. We do not use your clients’ images for our own marketing, and we do not share them, unless you have given us written permission. We keep files only as long as we need them to complete, reprint or resolve issues with your order.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run your order: our courier partner (your delivery name, address and phone), our file-transfer and email providers, payment providers, and authorities where the law requires it.

5. Security

The website uses an encrypted (SSL) connection, and trade prices and order forms are available only to logged-in account holders. We do not store card details on this website. Please keep your own login details private.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to make the site work properly. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will then not be able to log in to view trade prices.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details, or to close your Pro Account and delete information we are not required to keep, by emailing prints@prolab.in.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
